Save and edit manifests, reuse saved contacts for addresses, attach package photos, and record USPS, FedEx, or UPS tracking numbers. Scan supported labels on compatible iPhone and iPad devices.
Saved records sync through your private iCloud account. Keep working offline and sync when connected. PDFs, saved information, and images are also organized in your SHIPPING_MANIFESTS iCloud Drive folder.

Sign in to the same Apple Account on each device, enable iCloud Drive and iCloud access for Shipping Manifest, and open the app with an internet connection. Use “Sync with iCloud now” in Settings if needed. Sync timing depends on connectivity and Apple’s services; opening the app lets it catch up.
In Files or Finder, open iCloud Drive → SHIPPING_MANIFESTS. Manifests are grouped by date (YYYYMMDD), then manifest name, with the PDF, saved information, and an images folder. Your saved contacts are in the Contacts folder.
Open a manifest from the saved list to view or edit it. Use the app’s delete action to remove a manifest; when sync succeeds, the deletion is shared with your other devices and its mirrored iCloud Drive folder is removed.
The app stores a carrier and tracking number for your reference. It does not provide live delivery status. Label scanning depends on your device and the label; review the detected number before saving.
Delete manifests, photos, and contacts in the app while connected, and allow sync to finish. Remove any separately exported or shared copies yourself. See the privacy policy below for retention details.
Effective October 19, 2026 · Shipping Manifest by Milktea LLC
This policy describes how the native Shipping Manifest app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac handles information, and how this support website operates.
The app processes manifest names, ship-from and ship-to addresses, saved contacts, item descriptions, quantities, prices, carrier selections, tracking numbers, and package photos. This information is used to create PDFs, manage your saved records, and sync your devices. Saved contacts are maintained inside the app; it does not read your device’s address book.
Your records are stored locally on your device. When iCloud is available, the app sends saved manifests, contacts, tracking information, and package photos to your private CloudKit database in your Apple Account. It also writes readable PDFs, saved information, contacts, and photos to your SHIPPING_MANIFESTS folder in iCloud Drive. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
Milktea LLC does not operate a server that receives your manifest content and does not have access to your private iCloud records through the app. Copies you export, share, or place in shared folders may be accessible to the people or services you choose.
Camera access is requested when you choose to take a package photo or scan a shipping label on a supported device. Label recognition runs on your device. The app uses the photos you select through Apple’s photo picker or take within the app; it does not upload your entire photo library. Photos you attach to a saved manifest are stored with it locally and in iCloud when available.
The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell or rent manifest data or use it for advertising. No separate Shipping Manifest account is required.
Your saved content remains until you delete it. Deletions sync when iCloud is reachable. The app retains minimal record identifiers and deletion timestamps in iCloud to prevent older devices from restoring deleted content; deleted manifest content and photo assets are removed from the corresponding app cloud records. Apple may retain recovery copies under its own policies.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete iCloud content. Delete records in the app and let sync complete before uninstalling if you want them removed across devices. Separately exported PDFs, shared files, copies in other locations, and Apple backups must be managed separately.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use those messages to respond to your request and resolve support issues, retain them only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations, and may process them through our email service provider. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or shipment information.
This page does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, or external fonts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and secure the website.
You can edit and delete saved content, manage camera access and iCloud access in device settings, and choose what to export or share. Disabling iCloud does not itself remove previously synced information. The app relies on Apple’s platform protections and iCloud security; no storage or transmission method is guaranteed completely secure.
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. For privacy questions or requests related to information you have sent directly to us, contact support@apps.milkteallc.com. We cannot retrieve your private iCloud manifest content for you.
